INDUSTRIAL GRADE NEEDLES VALVES

Reotemp Industrial Grade Needle Valves provide isolation in order that instruments can be serviced or removed without shutting down the process. Built from 316 stainless steel and pressure-tested, they use a metal-to-metal seat with PTFE packing (graphite and high-pressure PTFE packing are optional) to deliver leak-tight shutoff across a broad pressure and temperature range—up to 10,000 psi with the high-pressure PTFE packing option or up to 1,000°F with the graphite packing option. Configurations include hand valves, mini and angled mini valves, block and bleed valves, and multiport gauge valves. Multiport gauge valves can be purchased with optional plugs and bleed valves for quicker installations. Valve connection sizes are 1/4” FNPT, 1/4” MNPT, 1/2” FNPT or 1/2” MNPT, and every size and body configuration comes with dust caps to protect the bonnet and stem.
